October is nationally recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and with that, we’ve decided that no time is more fitting to dedicate an entire issue to women. In our eleventh issue, we’re encouraging you to “think pink.” From articles that are fun, lighthearted and girly to those that shed light upon some of the more serious struggles we face as women, this issue is all about female empowerment and celebration. We’ve packed this one with success stories and interviews with noteworthy female entrepreneurs, including Carla Carstens, Eva Buechler, Heidi Buckler and many others. We are also so excited for you to read about our incredible cover artist, Bella Hurlburt, on how creating art has helped her cope with anxiety.
