It’s Not Water: Grapefruit Salty Dog

If you gravitate towards refreshing, not-so-sweet beverages, this cocktail is for you. With only four ingredients, this drink is easy to make in large batches for family and friends.

Ingredients:

• 1 part Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice Gin

• 5 parts Red Grapefruit Juice

• 1 Slice of Grapefruit for garnish

• Salt for rim

Instructions:

1. Salt the rim of each glass (this is SO important for taste).

2. Fill each glass with ice.

3. Add 5 parts Red Grapefruit Juice and 1 part Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice Gin. Or, substitute with your favorite gin or vodka.

4. Stir together the alcohol and grapefruit juice.

5. Add a slice of Grapefruit for garnish!
