It’s Not Water: Bloody Mary Margarita
A classic Bloody Mary with a tequila twist; this is the perfect margarita for brunch.
If you’re looking for a fitting cocktail for the upcoming holiday, this option is the perfect choice to align with a Halloween aesthetic! The best part? You don’t have to sacrifice taste for a spooky appearance, as it doesn’t require any food coloring or extreme amounts of sugar.
The Steps:
Sprinkle chili powder in a shallow dish. Rim each margarita glass with the juice of 1 lime wedge, and dip the rims in chili powder. Place a lime wedge on the rim of each glass for garnish.
Combine tomato juice, tequila, triple sec, hot sauce, and juice of remaining lime wedges in a cocktail shaker.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glasses.
Float a few jalapeño slices.
Serve and enjoy!
