If I could only give one beauty tip for the rest of my life, I would without a doubt recommend everyone wear sunscreen every single day, all year round, even when you’re staying inside. Research shows that not only does sunscreen protect against sun damage, it also protects against premature aging, reduces the risk of skin cancer, and promotes overall healthier skin.
