It’s Not Water: Inexpensive Champagne Taste Test

The taste test you never knew you needed until now.

C&W co-founders Natalie and Taylor turned a New York City apartment into a Champagne Tasting. With the new year quickly approaching, we decided to celebrate with bottles of champagne, of course! We highly recommend inviting friends over ASAP for this fun and bubbly activity. If you prefer Truly’s, click here to see how we rank popular spiked seltzers.

For this taste test, we tried four French Blanc de Blancs champagne brands under $20. These brands included Freixenet, Veuve Ambal, Elmond Thery, and Cuvée Laurent. Each one was ranked based on flavor, fizziness, and best aftertaste. From these categories, a clear winner resulted. See our surprising results below and grab a bottle before they sell out!
