It’s Not Water: C&W Pink Lady

There is not a drink that fits in more with the theme of this issue than the Pink Lady.

Traditionally, this cocktail is made with gin, applejack, grenadine, and lemon or egg whites. Because it is fall (and applejack can be really hard to find), we replaced the apple jack with apple juice. And, we added extra gin because we like our drinks how we like women: strong. Topped with a rose petal, this drink is just like us: feminine, pink, strong, and slightly sweet.
