CLOTHES & WATER: What We're All About
It’s been a whole year since the launch of our digital magazine. Since the start, we have been committed to creating an online platform dedicated to providing relevant, lighthearted content on all things style, beauty, lifestyle, and travel.
When our future plans were disrupted at the beginning of the pandemic, we decided to start a digital magazine to be creative in a time of isolation and give others an opportunity to gain relevant experience and share their ideas, as many typical summers internships and jobs were disrupted. From living in New York City to moving back to our childhood homes in a matter of days, we created this magazine virtually from our childhood bedrooms. Can you believe it?
If you’re new to our magazine….
As we always say, C&W encompasses all of the excitement that comes with a physical magazine, entirely reimagined for the digital world. We strive to be informative without too much formality. Come to us for style inspiration, life hacks, recommendations, beauty advice, personal stories, recipes and all things in between. We have had the opportunity to interview incredible women and work with small brands. We also launched a successful writer program with over 30 contributing writers so far.
Once every three weeks, expect a themed issue with related content. This way of doing things allows our team to dive into different subjects, making each issue completely unique and different from the rest.
A look at what’s ahead…
As we look into the second year of the magazine’s existence, we are in the midst of working on multiple exciting new projects to expand the C&W brand and grow the magazine. Be on the lookout for exciting new opportunities for contributing writers, as well as fun partnerships and interviews with influencers and the coolest new brands around. There may even be a limited edition merch launch in the future.
